PHOTO CHALLENGE

We are challenging all Bates employees to submit photos of their work. Whether in the field, at their desk, the shop, amongst crews, safety and training. We encourage photos of communities during collections, best practices for safety and community cleanliness (cart placement, route completion, clean-up around containers, etc...) Bates will select the best photos to be used for our internal inspirational employee growth campaign! All selected winners will have their name associated with their photos in print. They will also participate in a selection appreciation reception with the President of the company. All winners will be highlighted on the employee portal! LET THE PICTURES BEGIN!!! GOOD LUCK!!
